Keynes was the quintessential flip-flopper (&quot;When the facts change, I change my mind&quot;), and proud of it (&quot;...what do you do, sir?). We need more presidents like that. &quot;Stay the course&quot;, and similar mindsets, reek of bullheaded obstinance, not sound management.</description>
